Once the puppy is picked up or shipped, the sale is final and the puppy is covered by our guarantee.  All of our puppies are clinically examined and are fully health checked prior to being picked up or shipped.  Our Veterinarian examines their eyes, ears, teeth, bite, heart, lungs, knees, hips, range of motion of joints, bone structure and overall health.  Your puppy will come to you freshly groomed and up to date on shots and deworming.  We guarantee this puppy to be free of congenital and hereditary defects (Hip Displaysia, Patellar Luxation, Epilepsy, Sebaceous Adenitis) and eye diseases (Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Juvenile Cataracts, Juvenile Renal Disease) for the first 36 months of age.  If a Veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with any of the above mentioned defects and provides a written statement to us, we shall replace the puppy.

We offer a 72 hour well-puppy health guaranatee.  This means that you must take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian for a well-puppy check-up within 72 hrs of possession.  If the veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with any untreatable illnesses, a replacement puppy will be given with the return of the first puppy (at buyers expense).  All papers shall be returned as well as proper signatures for transfer.  If the 72 hr well puppy check is not performed, this guarantee is voided.

The Buyer agrees to provide this puppy with proper vet care, diet, housing, socialization, and grooming for its entire life.  The Buyer agrees that if at ANY time in this puppys life, he/she is unable to keep the dog, that it is returned to the Seller or lets the Seller know first that they are unable to keep it.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall this puppy be placed into a shelter, a pet store, placed with a rescue organization or foster care.  The Seller will take the puppy back or help find him/her a new home at any time during its life.
